Raw Material Testing: Tensile property tests + spectral chemical composition analysis to ensure material compliance with GB/T 1591, ASTM, and other standards; Weld Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Full-coverage magnetic particle (MT) and ultrasonic testing (UT) to meet ISO 17635 / AWS D1.1 requirements, with RT/PT available as options; Dimensional & Geometric Control: Laser measurement + automatic straightening + CNC marking, maintaining critical component tolerances within ±1mm.
